Cancellations & Refunds
At APS we understand that unexpected situations can arise and we genuinely care about our customers’ well-being. If you encounter extenuating circumstances beyond your control, such as a medical emergency or unexpected life event, please reach out to us.
Absences
Please contact us as early as possible if your student will be missing class. If your student has repeated absences it might affect their eligibility for our free programming.
Photography
APS reserves the right to photograph our classes. Incidentally, some photographs may capture your child’s participation, directly or indirectly. These photos may be published through our website, social media pages, or in ads. We will never sell your child’s photo. If there is an extenuating circumstance that restricts your child from being photographed, it is your responsibility to relay this information to APS. Please email us at [email protected]
If you would like your child’s photo removed please email us and we will remove it immediately.
